Artistic Visage provides professional makeup artistry services, including but not limited to bridal makeup, special event makeup, photoshoot makeup, makeup lessons, and consultations. All service bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and a confirmation email or message from Artistic Visage.
We strive to deliver all services as described and agreed upon. However, due to the personalized nature of our services, minor variations may occur based on individual client needs, preferences, and circumstances.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of service, as specified in your booking confirmation.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our Website or in your booking confirmation.
All prices displayed on our Website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.
Cancellation policies vary by service type. In general:
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be limited to one reschedule per booking.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergency, or force majeure events), we will attempt to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of any deposits paid will be issued.
Clients are expected to arrive on time for appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to accommodate subsequent appointments, with no reduction in service fee.
Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before service delivery. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in service refusal without refund.
Clients should arrive with clean, moisturized skin unless otherwise instructed. Specific preparation instructions may be provided based on the service booked.
All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Artistic Visage or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
Artistic Visage may photograph the results of our makeup services for portfolio, training, and marketing purposes. By agreeing to these terms, you grant us permission to use these images unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. If you wish to opt out of being photographed, please inform us before your service.
While we strive for excellence in all our services, Artistic Visage cannot guarantee specific results as makeup application can be subjective and may vary based on individual skin types, conditions, and preferences.
Artistic Visage is not liable for allergic reactions or skin irritations resulting from products used during service delivery, especially if relevant health information was not disclosed by the client.
We take all reasonable precautions to protect clients' clothing and personal property during service delivery. However, Artistic Visage is not responsible for any damage that may occur to personal belongings during appointments.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our Website, we do not warrant that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
